Please be very clear in your instructions on how to order or fax...

Your customers can call Janice, during regular North American business hours at 1-877-999-6977 (1-450-458-5847 if outside of North America) to place the order by phone. Or fax the order to our fax order line at 1-450-458-1068 -- don't worry, Janice is the only one who sees these faxes, so all the info is safe.

Either way, it's critical, whether the order is by phone or fax, that your customers let Janice know that you were the referrer. They must include your name. That's the only way that Janice will know how to track and pay you appropriately.

Fax order customers should print out the online order page, fill it in and be sure to include your name as the referrer.

Or, if you like, you can provide a special fax order form they can use. (We would need to approve it first, of course.)

If you're savvy and don't need copy-and-paste html or our tech support to do your own html, you may download the graphics and do so. But...

There are a few reasons to just use the Build It! copy-and-paste code...

1) it's a heck of a lot easier.

2) we generate more data re banner popularity and click-through rates, even Conversion Rates, which we'll be sharing with everyone.

3) When we improve a banner, it automatically shows up on your site. We will never CHANGE a banner to a different theme -- but we may improve a graphic or a word here or there. Sometimes, small changes yield big results.

While YOU cannot buy for YOURSELF and collect an annual commission (that would be cheating your Team Leader who deserves the commission), you can have your client buy through your RR URL or you can even place the order for your client.

You would still pay the full initial price, but you would get the commission on your client's purchase since your client would order through your RR URL (or you would be ordering for the client through your RR URL). So in the end, it's like buying SBI! at 25% off.

Please note...

I would like to point out that the cookie-tracking system is trained to recognize your purchases as personal and normally affiliates do not get commissions on their own purchases.

So, if you will be ordering for your client, it should be done using the client's computer and their credit card info. That's the simplest, easiest way. And then, you simply build and manage his site.

Or, place it as a phone order to ensure that the purchase is not considered a personal purchase by YOU and that you are correctly assigned the sale. At time of ordering, be sure to mention that you are an affiliate purchasing for a client.

Please be sure to give your CUSTOMER'S INFO, not your own, or our database-matching system will still identify you as the customer and give the commission to your team leader. This would include a different e-mail address too, since we recognize a customer using that method as well.

(One more way to do it -- order by using a different computer than the one you used to order SBI! for yourself, or a different browser since the cookie will not be recognized. It's still important to enter all the CUSTOMER's INFO, or we will still recognize YOU and give the affiliate credit to your Team Leader.)
