Suppose an affiliate feels it's unfair that a sale (or a new affiliate) went to another affiliate, for whatever reason. Well, the other affiliate will feel equally cheated to lose what had been achieved according to the "software referee."

There's never a way to prove anything to that other person's complete satisfaction.

As a result, we simply cannot afford to evaluate "reasons why" -- it's unproductive and leads to hard feelings.

However...

If all three parties (current Team Leader, desired Team Leader, and the third party) agree to make a switch, we'll do it for you. If not, the software referee decides.

Here's how the "software referee" works...

Let's say that, on 5 separate occasions a visitor passes through the Referral-Redirect URL (RR URL) of A,B,C,D, and finally E. Suppose that she only first-buys (or becomes an affilate) after passing through E.

Her temporary cookie becomes the permanent cookie of E. We have to run the 5 Pillar Program strictly according to the rules for two important reasons...

1) It's the only way to be fair to *ALL* affiliates -- there is always another side to an argument.

2) It's the only way to run the program efficiently. Otherwise we could spend all our time answering "who belongs to who" e-mail, instead of building the business.

Sorry, we just can't correct this unless all three parties agree. When the shoe is on the other foot (and it *WILL* happen), the referee will decide in your favor.

1) It would clog up the SEs' databases with thousands of "no content" URLs. They are not true content pages -- just useful redirects to administer the program.

2) They are redirect pages, so the engines will ignore them, or even worse... might penalize the program.

3) There are no words or META tags or anything. So they'd never score.

The RR URL is just meant to provide a nicer user interface for your audience, while still performing the cookie-writing and redirect functions that we need to make sure you get paid properly.
