Why does the Back Button not work properly?
The BACK button function takes its duty very, VERY
*literally* -- this is a minor limitation of the Adobe
software. But it *can* be annoying in certain
circumstances.
Let's say that you link to a certain page and then
scroll a touch. If you then hit the back button (i.e.,
if you click anywhere in the blank-white left or right
margin) to go back to the previous page, you will
simply "back scroll" first. You would have to hit the
BACK button *a second time* to go back to the earlier
page.

Why is it that I can see the book OK on my screen but
it doesn't print properly?
I'm not sure why you are having this problem. Since
you can *SEE* the book OK on your screen, but can't
print it, it must be a unique issue between the Adobe
Acrobat Reader software itself and your computer/printer.

I am having trouble downloading Acrobat Reader. What's
wrong?
I'm not really with Adobe tech support, but let's give it a
try. I assume that you've downloaded successfully from
Adobe's download page...

Adobe Acrobat Reader usually installs just fine. Double left
click on the Adobe Acrobat installer icon (Rar40engS). Just
keep accepting all the windows until it installs the Acrobat
Reader program.
If the installer program does not work, it may have
corrupted during download. Please delete that ar40eng file
and download again.

I can open the ReadMeFirst.txt but I can't open the book.
What should I do?
About 1% of customers have difficulties getting the free
Adobe Acrobat Reader software to read the pdf files
properly. This is a minor problem and easily corrected.
If the wrong program (like Word or Wordpad) tries to open
MYSS!, it will fail -- you will get an error message.
Or it may simply say...
"c:\myssbook\MYSS!.pdf is not a valid application."

I'm a Mac user. Why does the download show up in BBEdit
format?
This usually happens with IE browser users... Here's what to do,
Open Stuffit Expander and then expand the BBedit file from within Stuffit Expander.

The PDF files were created with Adobe.
You can buy the Adobe software at www.adobe.com, and there is a good book on how to really get the most out of it...
