for users experiencing technical problems, and who want the immediacy of support by telephone.
The fee is $19.95 USD per incident. We guarantee that the problem will be resolved to your satisfaction.

Here's how Pay-Per-Incident Phone Support works...
Click on the button below to start your call. Our support agents will be available to take calls Monday through Friday from 9 AM Eastern time to 5 PM Eastern time.
If our agents are not available or are busy taking calls, you can click on the button below and arrange a call.
After clicking on the button, you will be taken to a web
page hosted by our partner, Ingenio.com, where you will be
asked for credit card information and to provide your phone
number. Once you have entered the information, you can
initiate the call by clicking on the 'call now' button.
Within a few seconds, the system will call you at the number
you had specified and connect you to the SiteSell Support
Agent. If you are using a dial-up connection, you will have
to disconnect before being able to receive the call. (Only
once the call has been connected will your credit card be
charged for the $19.95 fee. If the call does not connect no
charge is taken.)
To contact our support agents, click on the corresponding button below. If none are available, click on the button to arrange
a call Monday through Friday from 9 AM Eastern time to 5 PM Eastern time.
If the issue requires more than 20 minutes to resolve, the support agent will ask
you for your phone number and will call you back immediately.
Or, in the case that the issue needs to be referred to our
programming team, s/he will take your e-mail address and update
you when the matter is resolved.
This program does not make a profit for us -- it is purely "break-even."
Like many other companies, we have discovered phone service to be prohibitively expensive
to furnish. Sitesell.com works to extremely narrow profit margins in order to provide the
best, most effective products at the lowest price possible. So if we provided
free phone support, we would have to raise the price of our products. This program allows us to
provide phone support to those who want it, yet does not penalize those who do not.
