How do I open the .exe e-book files on a Mac?
Most SiteSell e-books are offered as self-extracting
compressed .exe files. Some of our free publications will
be zipped files.
To open the files on a Mac, you need Stuffit Expander. If
you don't have Stuffit Expander, you can download it for
free here...

To access the e-book file...
Step 1) Open Stuffit Expander. A large Stuffit Expander
icon will appear on your desktop, by default in the top left
corner.
Step 2) Drag the .exe e-book file, for example, to the icon.
Stuffit Expander will expand the e-book into a folder in
the same location.
Step 3) You can now double-click the e-book file to open it
in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Please note...
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open all SiteSell e-book
files. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download

To prevent unauthorized downloading, the download URL is
password-protected. Simply enter your usual username and
password, after which the download will start. The filename
is "mycps.exe" (if you do not see it on your desktop after
downloading, do a search for that filename on your computer).
Please note... if you have not yet registered your domain
name, you will need the login information (i.e., username
and password) that was given to you in your SBI! order
confirmation e-mail (Subject = Get Ready For SBI!).

Can I modify my MYPS!?
The MYPS! tool allows you to customize the URL on the Thank
You page. This way you can send your survey respondents to
your main site or to wherever you would like them to go
next.
Here's how...
1) Log into your MYPS!.
2) Select the option to reset and/or modify.
3) Select the survey you wish to modify and click the modify
button.
4) Now scroll down that page to the section called 'The
URL.' Preview the modification. Is everything OK? Great!
Confirm the change.
At this point in time, full customization of the Thank You
page is not available. However, nothing is set in stone.
Ken would review this option if enough people requested more
flexibility with this particular page. Please let Support
know if you would like this feature to be added to the MYPS!

Why does the Back Button not work properly in Acrobat Reader?
The BACK button function takes its duty very
literally. This is a minor limitation of the Adobe
software. But it can be annoying in certain
circumstances.
Let's say that you link to a certain page and then
scroll a touch. If you then hit the back button (i.e.,
if you click anywhere in the blank-white left or right
margin) to go back to the previous page, you will
simply back-scroll first. You would have to hit the
BACK button a second time to go back to the earlier page.

Why is it that I can see the book OK on my screen but
it doesn't print properly?
I'm not an Adobe expert so I'm not sure why you are
having this problem. Since you can see the book OK
on your screen, but can't print it, it must be a
unique issue between the Adobe Acrobat Reader
software itself and your computer/printer.

Usually, Adobe Acrobat Reader installs just fine.
If the installer program does not work, it may have
corrupted during download. Please delete that file

I can open the ReadMeFirst.txt but I can't open the book.
What should I do?
About 1% of customers have difficulties getting the free
Adobe Acrobat Reader software to read the PDF files
properly. This is a minor problem and easily corrected.
If the wrong program (like Word or Wordpad) tries to open
an Adobe PDF file, it will fail. Let's say you used the
wrong program to open MYSS!, you will get an error message.
Or it may simply say... c:\myssbook\MYSS!.pdf is not a
valid application.
